The anointed one bungles yet another critical appointment in the nomination of Harold Hurtt as the OSLC Director for ICE. The Constitution by extension of the separation of powers and appointment of Congress to make laws and the Executive to enforce them, not some of them, not ones that may not make you popular, but all of them; makes the Executive’s duty abundantly clear. The selection of Harold Hurtt is a violation of the oath of office. Citizens being murdered in Arizona by illegals while he is busy playing political games with securing of our boarders to secure immigration reform is a violation of the oath of office.
